Serves 4 Prep time 5 minutes Cooking time 35 minutes
EQUIPMENT 4 Ovenproof dishes, Jug, Tablespoon, 1/4 Cup, Baking tray.
INGREDIENTS 1. 575 Jar chunky napoletana pasta sauce 2. 1 cup vegetable stock 3. 625g packet fresh spinach & ricotta agnolotti 4. 2 cups grated pizza cheese 5. 300 ml thickened cream 6. Garlic bread (found in supermarket fridge section)
LET'S COOK
1. Preheat oven to 180/160 fan forced. 2. Combine pasta sauce & vegetable stock in a jug and stir. 3. Pour 1/4 cup sauce mixture into the bottom of each dish. Top each dish with 1/4 of the agnolotti. Pour over a 1/2 cup of sauce in each dish then sprinkle each dish with 1/4 cup cheese. Drizzle 2 tablespoon cream over cheese. 4. Cover each dish with baking paper, then foil. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. 5. Remove the foil and paper and bake for a further 10 to 15 minutes. Add the garlic bread to the oven on a tray. 6. Stand for 5 minutes. 7. Serve with Garlic bread and a nice glass of flavoured milk.
