KIT KAT BUBBLE SLICE
This can be kept in the fridge for the unexpected visitors or a great snack for the kids.
Makes 15 Slices
EQUIPMENT Lamington pan, Small saucepan, Wooden spoon, Large mixing bowl, Microwave jug, Rolling pin, Tea towl, Baking Paper
INGREDIENTS 3 x 65g Kit Kat Chunky Bars 80g Butter 2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup 3 Cups Rice Bubbles 120g Milk Chocolate
LET'S COOK 1. Grease & line the Lamington Pan 2. Wrap Kit Kats still in their packets in tea towel and hit with rolling pin to break up. 3. Combine Kit Kats, butter and golden syrup in small saucepan over low heat. Stir for 3 to 4 minutes or until melted. Pour in to mixing bowl. 4. Stir in Rice bubbles. Mix well. Press mixture into prepared pan. Refridgerate until set. 5. Melt choclate in jug in the microwave. Drizzle chocolate over slice. Refridgerate until set. 6. Cut into 15 squares.
